Position Summary
As a Production Assembler, you will alongside a collaborative team, you will help develop and deliver the high quality products and innovative solutions that define Envision Technology.
Shift Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 3:30 pm – 1:00 am and every other Friday: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Perform electronics and opto-mechanical assembly, disassembly, and rework with minimal supervision.
- Perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow standard operating instructions (SOPs), including work instructions, assembly instructions, process flows, and/or test plans.
- Perform in-process inspections and raise concerns as required.
- Provide support to resolve production flow issues.
- Work closely with engineers and management to meet production goals.
- Other production tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Assembly experience in electronics assembly, mechanical assembly, or optical assembly.
- Basic understanding of general/common hand tools.
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, managing time efficiently.
- Ability to adapt and thrive when priorities change.
- Ability to work alone and with others, with self-motivation and a can-do attitude.
- High school diploma or GED with 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Hand soldering experience considered a plus.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment considered a plus.
- Ability to move up to 25 pounds.
