Sales and Marketing Specialist

2+ Years – On Site – Full-Time

We are seeking a highly creative and execution-focused Sales and Marketing Specialist to support our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing content creation with hands-on operational support for sales and marketing initiatives.

You will play a key role in building brand awareness through social media, video, and digital content, while also supporting business development efforts through RFQs, order intake coordination, and market research. This position requires a strong mix of creativity, organization, and ownership, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute projects from concept through completion.

This is a hands-on, multi-functional role that combines sales support responsibilities, content creation, and marketing execution.

Responsibilities:

Administrative & Sales Support

  • Support the order intake process, ensuring accurate entry and coordination with internal teams
  • Lead order intake workflows, including documentation, tracking, and communication across the company and back to customers
  • Partner with Business Development to prepare and manage RFQs, including gathering required information, formatting responses, and ensuring timely submission
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth communication and
    follow-through

Tradeshow & Event Coordination

  • Coordinate all aspects of tradeshow execution including logistics, shipping, freight, and tradeshow booth materials
  • Prepare and manage tradeshow assets (literature, displays, product samples)
  • Manage vendor communication, payments, and timelines to ensure smooth execution
  • Ensure on-time delivery, setup readiness, and overall event success
  • Assist with post-event follow-up and tracking of leads and outcomes

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Develop and execute social media content that aligns with brand strategy and business objectives
  • Independently plan, capture, shoot, edit, and publish multimedia content across social media, website, and digital platforms
  • Produce short-form video content (product highlights and training)
  • Assist in planning and executing video shoots, including on-site production when needed
  • Maintain and manage a consistent content calendar to support campaigns and company initiatives
  • Monitor engagement and performance, identifying opportunities to improve reach and effectiveness

Website Support (WordPress)

  • Update and maintain website content, including pages, images, and layout adjustments
  • Collaborate with the team to improve website aesthetics, usability, and overall user experience
  • Support ongoing website optimization efforts and learn to contribute to performance improvements

Administrative & Marketing Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and support initiatives
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets, content libraries, and databases
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners as needed
  • Track and report on marketing activities, including social media performance and campaign effectiveness

Market Research

  • Conduct ongoing research of industry trends, and emerging technologies
  • Analyze competitor landscape to identify opportunities and gaps
  • Present findings in a monthly summary report to support marketing and sales strategy

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, and graphic design or related field
  • Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic video editing and content production skills (highly preferred)
  • Familiarity with WordPress or willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic photography skills with an eye for visual composition and branding
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Experience supporting sales teams, RFQs, or customer-facing processes (preferred)
